    Hello Devs, hope I am finding you well.
    I recently started utilizing memcached on my site, and I just noticed that a “Sweep” of both Options and Database fails to clear. Counts for the two stay at 69 and 28.

    Is this normal behavior? I have not yet updated the WP Core to 6.1, would I expect the same type behavior from the new WP version 6.1 pertaining to “Database Caching”?

    Hello,

    The options sweep is for transient. So if you are using Memcache, it will be stored there and WP-Sweep will not touch it since it will auto-expire after some time.

    Database sweep does not prune any data, it just run the MySQL Optimize Query.
