Meme Generator Visible on Home Page for Users to Create & Post using Pinboard

    I would like to use PinPress to add Memes that are created & submitted by users with a built in Meme Creator?

    Is there any way to have a Meme Generator (Plugin) visible on the home page for users to create and post a meme using the pinpress theme?
