• Hi Visual Portfolio,

I’m getting an odd timeout issue when using the portfolio plugin.

We try to view/save items and it overloads the server pushing the Memory and I/O usage to 100% and then timing the server out.

What settings are needed to be on the server for this to run?

    Is there a minimum spec?

Any help would be great. It just seems to happen when working in the Visual Portfolio plugin.

I’m just trying to cover all bases of all plugins/host/themes involved.

    Thanks in advance

    Chris

    Hi Chris.

I don’t know what may cause this problem. On all our sites it working fast. I need to look at your server log, maybe some code part has a bug.

If you find some unusual activity in our code, send me your server log here or using contact form https://nkdev.info/contact/

    Regards, nK.

    Hi.

I have created a GitHub issue, but I can’t repeat this bug on my GoDaddy test server. https://github.com/nk-o/visual-portfolio/issues/127

    Regards, nK.
