memory exhausted

    Hi, I was wondering if you could help me. Getting the well known errors:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 3774873600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/himi/web/pj.hx7.eu/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 303

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 3774873600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/himi/web/pj.hx7.eu/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 177

    I increased the memory limit to 3600M but still the same. The problem must be elsewhere.

    When I changed the “option_value” in the “wp_option” table from used theme to “twentytwentytwo” I can finally get into admin. But not sure which plugins to disable.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Problem is fixed. Thanks. Was quite scary as even administration was not accessible due to memory being exhausted.

    Yes, it was caused by the theme after some plugins update. After manual theme update (overwriting existing one with the latest version) worked.
