hi. ive been getting some fatal errors lately and the logs show memory exhaustion. The site is not really that big, mainly a few gravity forms and gravity views.
The logs point to awesome support. Could it be possibly the cause of the issue? I have deactivated the plugin and the site functions without errors.
I know i could increase the memory a little, but 2G does seem to be quite a lot for a site like this and I just wonder if theres something fundamentally wrong with the plugin?

  • We are having exactly the same issue, that finally crashed the site and the sql server.

The problem was resolved by disabling the plugin.

Having the same issue. Any fixes?

    Hi @billyqureshi @roughandready @polonet2

We apologise for the inconvenience. We acknowledge that this is an issue with our most recent release version 6.3.0, so this is a known issue and the team is actively working on and updating. In the meantime, if you like to use this feature without any issue, we recommend using an older version 6.2.2 of the plugin.

Please follow these steps to download it:

    1. Visit the provided link.
    2. Scroll down to “Advanced Option.”
    3. Under “Please select a specific version to download,” click on the dropdown menu and choose the version you wish to download.
    4. Please backup your site.
    5. Upload this version to your WordPress site and replace the existing plugin.
    6. Please disable auto-update for Awesome support.

This workaround should address the issue temporarily. We expect to release a permanent fix in the next version of the plugin.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best regards,

Any updates on when this will be resolved?
