Memory exhausted error when updating plugin to the latest version

    Dear Support Team,

    We have encountered an issue while updating the Simple Share Buttons Adder plugin to the latest version on our staging site, located at https://new-zeller-staging.onlinects.com/. 

    Upon updating, an error is triggered on the site, and as a result, the site becomes non-functional. Please refer to the error message displayed in the following image: https://i.imgur.com/ICOxLf6.png

    Could you please provide assistance in resolving this issue?

    Hello @akash2508,

    We had a memory issue on our previous versions, however, we released a fix for this on version 8.4.5. So I’m curious to know what may be causing the error.

    • Can you tell us which version of the plugin you had before updating?
    • And do you have the plugin currently installed? If so, which version are you on?
