Memory issues

  • I just installed Social Media Feather.

    After activating and trying to configure it, I see the message:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 79 bytes) in /home/public_html/wp-includes/SimplePie/Misc.php on line 82

    I am surprised to see this plugin complaining about memory.. Or am I getting it wrong?

    Anyway, is there a simple fix for this one?

  • It could simply be having the extra plugin that pushes for the extra memory usage. Best option here would be to ask your hosting to increase your memory limit.
