    Hi @campkins

    Thanks for reaching us.

We would be more than happy to help you any issues regarding our plugin but we would also request you to explain the issue a bit briefly with references that will help us understand the issue.

However, if you are having memory related issue, please, reach out to us again with the system status so we can check if our plugin is responsible for it. Make sure to keep the debug mode enabled while copying the status.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @ansarybadal

Thanks for getting back to me.

The issue happens when enabling the plugin which causes memory exhaustion by being activated or creating a new post; disabling the plugin mitigates it.

As for system status which would you like to see as the WordPress site status option generates the same data with or without debug mode on?

    Best regards

    Hi @campkins

As it seems a site specific issue, we need to inspect it from the backend. So, I would request you to reach us from here.

    Thank you,

    Hi @ansarybadal

Thanks I have now contacted through the site.

    Best regards

Same here, since the last update I had to disable the plugin, otherwise I have PHP memory issues when I update order status for example, I get ghost orders with no data, and no emails are send, 500 error everywhere… this is a serious issue.

    Hi @goudie35

Please, roll back to v4.7.1 and the issue will be resolved temporarily. A new version of our plugin 4.7.3 will be released soon which will solve the issue.

    Thank you,

Thank you for your help. Is the issue fixed in v5.0.0 ?

    Hi @goudie35

For me, I have updated to both 4.7.3 & 5.0.0 and the issue has passed as I am able to save and create etc. The latency also doesn’t seem to be as high when activated on the 4.7.2 version.
