Memory leak?

As it stands now it doesn’t work on my site. I ran into the following error:
Out of memory (allocated 303038464) (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-options.php on line 84

I tried to deactivate all other plugins on my site and only use Jetpack but still didn’t work – got the same error. Might be a conflict with theme – I use BuddyBoss Social Learner but after spending about an hour on this issue I gave up and deleted the plugin.

I hope the issue will be resolved so I can retry the plugin. I am basically only interested in the spell and grammar checker which is currently only available in updated form in Jetpack.
