did you alter the site in questions upload dir?

I’m having the same problem. Works one place, but brand new download of the plugin is getting the above-noted error message. Brand new install of WP.

Did you run the server compatibility test specifically “Wordpres upload direcotry read/write access”

I don’t know what this means. I installed this plugin on a similar website a year ago and it works fine. What’s the difference?

Goto Memphis Documents Dashboard Options > Test Server Compatibility > Wordpres upload direcotry read/write access

I can’t get *into* MD because of the error. Although the app name appears in the left-hand column of WP, don’t get a menu when I roll over. If I click on MD, I get that error message. It’s working fine on another site on the same server (I use Dreamhost)

then you are going to have to make sure your WordPress upload directory is read writeable.

Seriously?? Sending me a tech-intense link isn’t helpful. Would you prefer I just find another plugin?

Seriously?? Checking file permissions??? Please find another plugin.

Gladly. I’ll add a remark about your helpfulness to my review.

I have no doubt u will, I as much.

Hears a review for you. If you are going to run your own website have a small clue in how to maintain it. File permissions are web admin 101 if you can do that then please please please stop running a website and pay someone to do it for you.

Best of luck to you ??
