I just noticed that the Mendeley plugin stopped working on two of my sites. One is running wordpress 3.1.2, the other 3.0.4.

The PHP error I get is:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in /[path-to-site]/wp-content/plugins/mendeleyplugin/wp-mendeley.php on line 385

The script is trying to access the list of editors as an array, but apparently it isn’t anymore. Perhaps something changed in the Mendeley API?

  • same problem for me…

    Hi,

I was having the same issue – commenting out the offending code in wp-mendeley.php (lines 380 to 387) fixed it for me.

Not a great fix, but it is now working again.

Yes, there were changes in the Mendeley API – The issue is resolved in v 0.6.7 of the plugin.
