Menu and Drop Downs not Working in Chrome

    Hello,
    My navigation menu (front end) is very inconsistent in the Chrome browser. Seems to be fine in Firefox and Explorer but in Chrome it will work sporadically. I can use the main navigation, but submenu’s don’t always load. Site is https://www.saratogamama.com and specifically the Coupons menu option has two submenu’s which don’t always work.
