Menu and page links not working in IE 8.0.7600.16385

Hello,

Got an odd question, a site that is fine on one laptop (chrome, firefox, IE) but on another machine with the same browser versions, the page links and menu links are not working in IE.

They will open in a new tab but not click through. Been through local settings and can’t see anything.

Looking for help with some IE testing, if you have a moment would you mind clicking on a few menu items in IE and let me know if it is working for you or not. I can’t figure this out at all! It could simply just be this one machine but I’d rather try and establish it if that’s the case.
