  • Hi @laurynass

    Thanks for your question!

“Menu” and “search” buttons does not work in mobile. If testing on PC mobile version – everything is fine. But then grabbing a phone and checking on it- does not do a thing.

This is likely caused by a conflict with with another plugin.

    How to test for conflicts

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:

    1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).

    2. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it is a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.

    3. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts: ).

Please let us know how that goes.

    hi @solstudioim,

Thanks. I’ve played with plugins as you wrote. It seems AMP plugin was the issue maker. I’ve deactivated it and it works now. How should i proceed?

    Hello,

I have a similar issue. With or without AMP, the menu and search box do not function. Also, the AMP design looks very much like non-AMP, except for the “Exit mobile version” not at the footer.

    Kindly advise.

@laurynass Thanks for conducting that test. I would suggest reaching out to the developer of the AMP plugin to see if they have any suggestions. Could you also post a copy of WooCommerce status report so that we can see exactly what is running on your site.

@kay69 it sounds like your issue is different since you say it is happening with and without AMP. Given that, I’d recommend opening a new thread so that we an focus more on your issue.

    Hey @laurynass,

I hope you managed to fix the menu and search buttons. We haven’t heard back from you for a while, so I’m going to mark this post as resolved.

If you have any further questions, we’ll be here if you’re ready to continue (please share your site’s System Status Report as explained here). If you need additional help with the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread and we’ll be able to help you out there.

    Thank you!

    Hi again,

After some investigation i found storefront theme is not supported in AMP

Maybe try another plugin from the repository: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/accelerated-mobile-pages/ ?

You could also give this unofficial plugin a shot: https://nicolamustone.blog/2016/08/08/storefront-amp-accelerated-mobile-pages/

    Kind regards,
