Thank you @imranaliweb. I have managed to do that.

There is what I can only descibe as a 2nd bar underneath the page menu which is obscuring the top of my image. Can this be taken away please?

For this paste the following css code in custom css filed (Theme Dashboard >> appreance >> customize >> header setting >> custom css filed)
