Menu bar

Hi,

When I reduce the width of my screen at some point my menubar will move from the middle of the top bar to the bottom. I would prefer it to stay in the middle or that it turns into a hamburger menubar. Also all of a sudden the empty space between the menubar and the image increases

Hopefully someone can help me out with this.
