Menu bar background color

  • Ok, so I am sure that if I search long enough I will find an answer but I am 11 pages in and nothing so I am sorry if this is a common question. How do I change the background of the bar that has my menu and social media buttons on it? I can chage the site background but can’t figure this out. Thanks.
