Hii Support Members ,

I have installed WordPress on my website and i am using Generate press theme.

It is perfectly working fine on laptop but in Mobile i having the issue when i click on Menu Option its does not work like the menu bar does not drag down.

Consequently, viewers are not able to visit other categories of my website so because of this the view will bounce immediately from my website.

Somehow its affecting my website ranking as well in SERP.

Can anyone guide me here to fix this issue . I would highly appreciate any prompt response.

It seems like a jQuery related issue. You can try installing Enable jQuery migrate helper in Legacy mode, but the best is to contact the theme’s developers in the forum I linked above.

Its an error due to cache issue, Try Clear/Purge All Website Cache If you are using Plugin and reload the website.

It is so strange. I use Generate Press in one website and it works well… As Jay says, it could be the website’s cache or a plugin…

Hi!
The mobile menu works properly on First Loading of website, but If you visit inner pages and come back to Home page issues will be started.
Clear cache and try to Load.

If your mobile menu on your free or premium theme is not working, it is most likely due to your site having a javascript error, this would usually be caused from a plugin you’ve installed. … This will then open the developer section of the browser where you can view the code of the website. check out
