Menu Bar Not Showing Properly

My menu bar was reformatted and tabs were removed after updating to JigoShop 1.11.6
The menu bar showing, does not match what the admin side of the menu bar shows should be showing on the actual site. Also, my menu bar went from maroon/red to blue. My drop down menu under “Shop” also stopped working.
