You probably think menu transparency which is set by default?

Below is several custom css codes which you can apply for ex. with simple custom css plugin.

Use this code to remove opacity only on mobile devices:

@media only screen and (max-width: 991px) {
    .top-bar {
      opacity: 1 !important;
    }
}

Use this code to remove opacity on mobile and desktop:

.top-bar {
  opacity: 1 !important;
}

My suggestion is also to darken sub menu items with the code below:

.main-navigation ul ul a {
    color: #6D6D6D;
}
