Menu being displayed under footer

    Installed this WP Responsive Menu on WP 4.1.1 and the menu is being displayed under footer with full width of the page. Happens both on desktop and also on mobile devices. Disabled all other plugins, no luck.

    Also, the menu is displayed regardless of the screen size, although ‘Display menu from width’ is set to 620 in the settings.

    Could anyone please assist what could cause the problem?

    Oh, and on my another server the menu shows up correctly, but isn’t clickable.
