Menu bleeds through tooltip

    Don’t think I see the effect you’re describing. The tooltip scrolls under the menubar when the bar is fixed at the top, which seems like it would be the desired behavior. I’m looking at it in the latest Chrome.

    I have the problem with Safari and Firefox on the Mac I was using yesterday, Firefox on a second Mac (I just installed Firefox on that machine to test the problem), IE on a Windows 8 PC, and Safari on an iPad.

    I do not have the problem with Chrome on the first Mac, Safari on a second Mac, IE on Windows 8 PC, or Safari on iPad.

    I am not sure what to make of this.
