Menu Breakpoint

  • The only way to switch from Desktop to a mobil device to insert the mobile menu seems to be the Menu Breakpoint value in pixel.

    However it would be nice to detect a device with WordPress wp_is_mobile () as in some menus you need the :hover state to open a submenu.

    I.e. if you have a menu tab wich serves as a link (click) AND as a trigger to open a submenu (:hover) you are in trouble.

    The mobile menu would prevent giving you this troubles BUT if the plugin is not detecting a tablet it’s useless.

    Switching on the mobile menu either by Menue Breakpoint or detecting a device would be a very nice feature for the future.
