Menu broken – I can’t add anything to the menu

Hi.
Looking for help ??

After clicking on adding anything to the top menu: link, entry, subpage or photos, the admin panel hangs (circle the animation is spinning) I can not add anything to the menu.

I tried to create new menu. After create problem is still the same.
