Menu builder is need to get easier

I’m using WordPress more than 9 years.
many things never changed in this years.
the menu builder is one of that things.

its maybe good for small menus. with low submenus, but when you need to create or manage a large menu its really getting painful!!
just imagine that you adding a submenu but its will add to at the end, now you need to grab it and put it in somewhere else… there is no any fast way to do this. even collapsing parent menus can help but there is no feature to collapse it. so this menu getting long and longer and harder to manage

what is you suggestion?
please do something about it.
its really necessary for big online stores…
