[MENU] Changing apearance

Hello, 1st of all congratulations on the epic theme!

I need to modify the top menu look, need it to align righ (by the right colum), be flat, on mousover highlighting the text of the button not the hole button, background solid with some level of transparency.

I know, i maybe have been a bit eager on my asking for help.
But any help is welcome! ??
