Menu Choices

It would be nice if the menu choice can be customized instead of
hardcoded to vegetarian or kids. For example “Beef”, “Chicken”,
“Fish” or “Vegetarian” entrees. The custom questions with pulldown
can be used instead, but it is not possible to get count (other
than by downloading excel).
Also, instead of adding associates, a “number of people attending”
option would be useful if only one person per family needs to rsvp.Thanks for a very useful plugin
