Well I decided against the expandable/collapsible javascript menu for a few reasons
    1) When expanded it makes a huge gap at the bottom of the content on firefox for no reason.
    2) Even though I tried like 20 different scripts/javascript implementations there is only one I liked and that one has a cookie problem which will make all your posts on your site disappear until your cookies are cleared.
    3) That piece of javascript also gives you an error in Internet explorer.
    4) I had to use a few hacks to show a hand for the mouseover when expanding the category.
    5) When the page first loads all the categories are expanded before they go to what they should be.
    6) Too troublesome =\

i agree a bit- but if you check my site; https://forum.yse-uk.com
theres an expandable menu which works perfectly in most browsers.
    Nice site though!

Thanks for the comment, your menu is nice (dhtml/javascript works nice with your site). But for me that kind of menu wouldn’t work because my menu will be around 7-8 times as big.

basketball – check out these menu items at Dynamic Drive. I’ve used some of their scripts before with great success.
