menu colors changes after i press publish

    hello everyone i am w beginner and the colors of my drop-down menu are #4f5655 for the background and white when i hover black when i press but after i press publish i find other colors i don’t know how to fix it help please (actually i find out that i have to change the colors from transparent header menu ) thank you
