Menu does not show

Already tried deactivating all plug-ins and deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling plug in. No luck.

I think it is a theme problem on my responsive file.

Perhaps I am missing css entry needed for the plug in to work?

Already disabled other menus. How do I make sure mobile menu shows up?

I did try searching knowledge base but none of the advice seem to apply to me.
