Menu doesn’t open (shows /#)

My menu doesn’t work. When try to click the menu icon, it does nothing but shows on address bar https://www.polarnutrition.fi/#
With Safari browser it works (when scale screen smaller) but not on mobile and not on Chromium.
What could make this problem?
