When “polylang” and “Customer area” are activate, the WordPress menu doesn’t work.
My config is ok in “Appareance / Menu”.

    Hi,

Currently we do not have support for multilang plugins (wpml, etc.)

    I have a similar problem.
I am running a multi lingual website with the polylang plugin.
When I install your plugin, the regular WP menu disappears completely as soon as I change the language. Uninstalling and the menu is back.

I am planning to use your plugin plus a number of add-ons in English only. So no hassle with different languages.

I expect you do provide support?
And how about the WP menu disappearing? How to resolve?
No support = not using your plugin any further.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello @eddypiv,

In my case, i uninstalled and reinstalled polylang again without assigning a default language for all the page. I assigning the language manually.
After that i go to appearance/menu, and i associate the WP Customer Area menu in all the language.

    Hope help you.

    Hi,

Support is mainly provided via the plugin website (https://wp-customerarea.com/support). We are less active here.

Hi Vincent, thanks for pointing me to the more active suppoprt area, I hadn’t noticed that one yet. Looks like combining these plugins is a hard nut to crack…

    @vincenzo,
I am trying to understand you.
Do you mean that I should not connect the pages to each other through the polylang language connection, but have each page individually (, i.e. it looks like in polylang that none of the pages has a translated version)? And then assign each page to the respective menu’s?

Would that work? I’m happy to try it, but first want to confirm that I do understand you correctly.

    Thanks.

I’m french and my english is a little poor.
In my memory, when you install polylang it asks if you want to “populate” the database and i check “no”. In my case i think it was the solution but i recommend you to ask to Vincent if you are not sure.
