Menu Drop Down *FLICKERS* On & Off

I’m assuming the menu you are referring to is the main menu at the top? It was the only menu I saw. I loaded it up in Chrome on my MacBook and I was unable to replicate the flicker.

Some things to consider…

1. Were you logged in as an admin when you saw it? Did you try it while logged out?
2. Do you have any Chrome Extensions running? Have you tried disabling all of them?
3. Have you tried it in an Incognito window?
4. Have you cleared your cache?
