So,the developer who worked on this website previously added this plugin but I don’t think he bought a license because I keep getting a license popup. The developer is also not responding hence, I had to reach out to the forum. Should I disable the elementor pro plugin?

What a deactivation of the plugin would have for consequences I can not judge. It may be that much of the frontend is then no longer usable or you can no longer edit much. You can ask for details about this in the Elementor support forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/elementor/
