Menu formatting at certain widths

I noticed that if I use a browser window width between 800px and 900px the top main menu will wrap with some of the menu entries remaining to the right of the blog title and some wrapping below the name of the blog title.

Above 900px they are all on the right. Below 800px they are all moved below.

Maybe it would be best if anything below 900px moved the entire menu below so that no wrapping of the menu items occur?
