Menu frustrations

I can’t link to the site I’m working on as it’s hidden but problem I have is that since adding WooCommerce I can’t get the menu order to stay the way I’ve set it in the menu setting within the theme I’m using (Nirvana). I did have the menu in the order I wanted, but with WooCommerce it insists on putting it in alphabetical order. And including stuff that I’d really rather have as icons (ie, basket) rather than a text button… am I hoping for the impossible?
