Since a recent upgrade of wordpress, the menu has stopped floating on top of the mobile webpage and has sunk to the bottom of the page, occupying it’s own area/frame?

    Hi @tizio10 and @mikekharisma

Try to hit the Save changed button inside the WP Mobile Menu settings to regenerate the CSS files again.

Let me know if it worked.

    Hi Rui, unfortunately nothing happened.
The menu appears under the bottom of the site

Yes I’ve tried all options as well. Deactivating, reactivating etc etc

It definitely occupying it’s own area at the bottom of the page, not just floating at the bottom. Seems to have lost the ‘float, absolute, top-right’ CSS somewhere?

Hi, I have the same problem here. Any suggestions?

If you have any cache plugin, don’t forget to purge the cache.
Will need the site URL’s to have a look.

I purge the cache. I have the problem on eaglegridsrl.com
In the twin site in english en.eaglegridsrl.com the plugin works fine… Very strang

I had the same issue but found whilst using the inspect tool in my browsers that my site was showing an error. In my case it was a conflict created by the plugin looking for a http link where as my site operated on https. After installing a SSL plugin to fix mixed content the mobile menu plugin began to work normally again.

I’ve had a quick look at your site and can see the same mixed content error message I found on mine. Perhaps a SSL plugin to push links to https will solve your issue too?

I thought to look at this after finding someone talking about a java conflict on their site being the root cause for the mobile menu to error in the same way above.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi
yes, that’s very helpful. Simply clearing the cache didn’t work as advised.

Can I ask which plugin you used?

Hi plonged, thank you very much for the tip I add this plugin and now the menu works fine! https://it.www.ads-software.com/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/

    Thanks @plonged

That’s why I needed the site URL to check the messages in the javascript console if there is mixed content warning that will suggest a wrong HTTPS configuration.

The plugin suggested sorts those situations.

    @mikekharisma and
@nataliaallenspach can you provide your site URL?

    Thanks
