menu has reset after install

    Hi again, sorry for all the questions.

    Regarding the last query, I received your email and have found the documentation (its very clearly written).

    I have just installed NF and everything seemed fine, however it has reset my main menu (i.e. the main menu no longer contains any pages)

    Have you heard of this happening before? It may have nothing to do with it but there was a warning on the first step of the setup that a file/hook/process (can’t remember the name) was in use by another application and that NF would have to override it.

    Open your php.ini file and look for “auto_prepend_file” and paste here all matching lines.

    Hi, there is only the NF code in php.ini (I’ve replaced the domain with [root]:

    ; BEGIN NinjaFirewall
    auto_prepend_file = /var/sites/w/[root]/public_html/wp-content/nfwlog/ninjafirewall.php
    ; END NinjaFirewall

    You can try to disable NinjaFirewall by commenting out this directive (i.e., add a ‘;’ at the beginning of the ‘auto_prepend_file’ line).
    Wait a few seconds, log in to your dashboard and check again if the issue is still present.

    I’ve fixed the menu now, however I will shortly install NF on another site and see if the same things happens and if so, try your test.
