Ok, not sure how to call this but i’ll give it a try.

    Current menu structure:

    MotherPage
    -ChildPage
    -ChildPage
    MotherPage
    -ChildPage
    -ChildPage
    MotherPage

I did so by the standard wp-menu load.

    However, I need:

    MotherPage
    -Home (same as motherpage)
    -ChildPage
    -ChildPage
    MotherPage
    -Home (same as motherpage)
    -ChildPage
    -ChildPage
    MotherPage

I hope that’s clear. So what I would like to know, is how to add an alias. The ‘home’ button for each ‘motherpage’ inside their menu.

    thx for helping me out!

  • Hi

One way to do it is use dummy pages and a redirection plugin.

I use a plugin called Page Lists Plus. Create the dummy page under each main nav item, and set that dummy page to redirect to the actual page you want to bring up. Page Lists Plus also allows you to exclude a page from the Nav, so you can create one home page, exclude it from the nav, and bring it up when the dummy pages redirect to it.
