Menu Icon Does Not Appear

    After activating Mobile Menu, the WP TwentyTwelve theme menu button is gone (ok); however, the Menu Icon does not appear. Android: Chrome and Opera. Clearly missing something in settings. Would appreciate illumination. Thank You!
