Menu Icon plugin is causing pages to not load

    I have debugged an issue with this plugin where, when it is activated, I cannot load 4 pages in the website. Rest of the pages are working. When I deactivate this plugin, it loads perfectly.

    Clearly, there is some issue with this plugin. Can you help me?

  • Please turn on debug mode – https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Debugging_in_WordPress and see if it is displaying any error there.

    Also, please check after activating only Menu Icons plugin and by deactivating all the other plugins and theme. You can use Health Check plugin for that.

    I have tried to enable debug mode but there is no error.

    I have tried to keep only Menu Icons plugin and have all the others deactivated, still its the same. It is clear that this plugin is causing the issue.

    Not sure how to tackle this now. Can you help please?

    Hello @imklndr,

    Can you please check the PHP version that you are running? Our plugins and themes require at least PHP v7.0 for it to work properly. You can reach out to your host on how to do the PHP upgrade.

    Once done, please do another test and let me know how it goes.

    To further isolate the issue, kindly try disabling all your other plugins except the Menu icon plugin. Then do another test if the issue is the same.
