Menu Icons Error

Seems like there’s a missing file. How did you install the plugin? Through the Plugins > Add New menu or manually?

Such a great little plugin this..

One small issue I can see, when you ‘logout’ the icons do no show in chrome?

/wp-login.php?loggedout=true

Also, in IE11, they do no show at all?
