Menu Icons refresh/loads with pages when navigating website

    The menu is refreshing/loading with pages when navigating the website, for example if I select Account icon/link, the menu is not fixed/visible (disappears) and then loads with the new page. Is there a setting to have the menu fixed/visible when navigating pages/links on the website?
