menu-id isn't displayed correctly

Hi, I’m using this in my theme:
wp_nav_menu( array( 'theme_location' => 'primary', 'menu-id' => 'head-menu') );

However,<ul> is displayed not <ul id="head-menu">
Am I doing something wrong?
