Menu inconsistencies across PC and Mac

  • On Chrome on a PC, I get a main menu horizontal spread, which is what I’m hoping for. On Safari and Chrome on a Mac, I get a drop-down main menu. How can I make a consistent menu spread across Mac and PC browsers?

    I am using Astrid (v1.18) by aThemes and in the Appearance -> Customize page even on Mac it shows up as a horizontal spread, just not when I actually go to the page. None of the pages have a parent page.

    Hi Kharis,

    On my PC the resolution is 3440×1440.

    On my Mac the resolution is 2560×1440.

    But I still have no clue what solution to suggest. Because I don’t have devices with those resolutions. Even the responsive tool of my web browser doesn’t help.

    Can you take a screenshot to your issue on both devices, share it to Google Drive or other file sharing services, and update me with the links?

    P.S.: Ensure the links to your screenshots are publicly accessible.

    I am actually getting the dropdown menu on my PC as well now so I’m not sure how that changed. The screenshot with the horizontal spread is what I see in my WordPress editor and what I’m hoping will appear on the website.

    Thank you for the screenshots.

    The first image shows mobile menu when the screen is under 1025px. That’s normal and not considered as an issue to resolve.

    I guess your device resolution is 1024px.
