Menu is flashing

Hello,

I got this problem:

Whenever i try to jump directly into sub second, third etc. sub item, the menu starts blinking. My friend has the same problem with it, even though he doesn’t have any plugins or custom css (so that musn’t be the case). To illusrate it better I made a video:
