Menu is greyed out on Mobile

Hello Sir,
I have been frustrated with HT Addons for 3 days now. The reason is because, everything I do with HT Addons does not work.

1.) MEGA MENU:
I have a Menu and needed a Mega Menu. And that’s why I installed HT Mega Addons.

When I hovered on my Menu, it showed HT Mega Menu as you can see here–https://prnt.sc/ynEZIFccJeJL

Then I chose a Mega Menu Template as you can see here– https://prnt.sc/b5VcVp44MupW

But on Desktop and Tablet Mode, there is no Mega Menu. See it here– https://prnt.sc/2CutySguXziH

Please, how can I fix these Mega Menu issues?

2.) HEADER ISSUES
I created a Header. Then asked to hide some parts on Mobile, and show some parts on Mobile.

But when the Page on Mobile loads, HT Mega shows and loads all the content, then hides the content that was asked to be hidden.

This creates a wobbly and glitchy loading experience. I had to remove HT Mega Addon from being responsible for my Header template, and I installed Elementor Header and Footer Blocks.

With the same Header Template, Elementor Header and Footer Blocks worked fine and smooth.

Please, can you find a way to correct this anomaly?
