Menu is missing

  • When i go to:
    Appearence – Menu in the controlpanel i cant save my menu.
    I tryed to add som pages and when i press save the menu disappears.

    I tried deactivate all my plugins but with out luck! Kan anyone help me?

    This is what my host/provider answared:

    Regarding to the issue: it seems like the Settings for the new menus are not saved. Since we don’t know all the WordPress Details, we dont know in Detail what WordPress excately Needs to save in the database in order to store a new menu. Deleting all files from the database will most likely not help to solve the issue. The Domain is associated to the database “U9131950”. We dont see anything unusual in that database. Due to this, we have no idea what the WordPress Support is reffering to.

    Maybe it will help to solve this issue if you try to find out how WordPress is saving a new menu. As soon as we know that, we can take a deeper look, and hopefully find a solution.

    Please help me.. as my website is “down”
