Menu is not responding on mobile devices

I am using 2 menus for the website, one for desktop and responsive menu for mobile devices, when I checked the responsive menu on browser it is responding to the click, but when i check it on my mobile device it is not responding to the touch, the menu is not expanding on touch, I checked for the solutions on other threads but unsuccessful in detecting the issue, the website is https://www.thakkertech.com.Please can you check out.
