Menu issue

  • Our menu on tablet and mobile won’t work. We use OceanWP and when we change theme it works but we prefer OceanWP so we want to continue using it. What do we do?

  • Hello,

    Try to disable all the nonocean plugins and check if it is working well or facing the same issue. If working well, enable the plugins one-by-one, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

    Sorry for late reply. We tried disabling all plugins and it didn’t work.

    And I don’t know how to share the report.

    You can simply go to Dashboard > Elementor > System Info, copy the reports from there and paste here.
